    GPT-6 Sol and Luna are out. Not only are they a very significant improvement across the board, but also in writing and general "you know when you try it" quality.

    We are also permanently reducing the API price by 50% making both of them viable for a ton of new usecases and making your usage go further too, even on the subscriptions.

    And one more thing. We are loading a banked reset into all accounts of our Plus, Pro and Business users. Let's go!

    Hi. Over the last 24 hours we had three separate small incidents that affected Codex reliability. Those are three too many and we are taking active steps for them to not reproduce.

    Some of you noticed limits drained faster in Codex, we root caused it to an optimization that we rolled back that had an impact on cache hit rates when compacting across long running sessions.

    Codex incident is mitigated, seeing recovery. Lasted about 10 mins, Codex itself helped with the remediation, but ultimately the insight came from a human this time.

    We don’t have evidence of a widespread issue with codex usage being drained faster than it should but there are enough reports and we have reset rate limits for plus & pro subscriptions while we work towards wrapping up our investigation over the coming 1-3 days.

일반 초기화와 초기화권(리셋 쿠폰)은 어떻게 다르고, 어떻게 사용하나요?
일반(전체) 초기화는 대상이 되는 모든 계정(보통 모든 유료 요금제이며, 대상은 게시물에 나와 있어요)에 바로 적용되고 저장해 둘 수 없어요. 초기화권은 계정에 저장되는 1회용 초기화예요. 직접 적용하기 전까지는 아무것도 채워지지 않고, 적용하면 5시간 구간과 주간 구간이 모두 새로 채워지며 주간 초기화 날짜도 바뀌어요. 두 가지를 함께 주는 공지도 있어요. 사용하려면 데스크톱 앱, CLI 또는 웹에서 설정 → 사용량을 열고, “1 reset available”이라고 표시된 요약을 선택한 뒤 만료일을 확인하고 확정하세요. 캘린더에서 꽉 찬 도장은 일반 초기화, 점선 고리는 초기화권이에요. 출처: How banked Codex resets work.
